CDPE which stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert-Has a thorough understanding of complex issues in today's turbulent real estate industry & knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.

Negotiated a sale of real estate with Citi Mortgage for $57,349.30 short of the total balance owed.

Closed a short sale with Bank of America, holding the lien, for a total of $25,726.64 short.

SLS Loan Servicing allowed a short sale taking $43,676.40 less than what was owed.

Successful short sale with US Bank, taking a reduction of $10,414.67 of the original lien.

Recently closed another short sale with Bank of America, $15,150.00 short of the total lien.
