Call Alicia Hodges, our teams Client Care Manager, to reserve the van. A $50.00 cash deposit, at time of reservation is required. Reservation is be made in person, by appointment, during our regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays only.

 

Truck Details: 14 ft. Box Truck with Dual Axel and a Rated Load Capacity of 11,500 pounds.

 

Requirements for the use of our Moving Truck...All drivers must be 21 years of age, and must have proof of valid drivers license. Our office requires a photo copy of your driver license. You must meet the minimum auto insurance requirements. Please check with your insurance company to verify you will be covered while using our moving truck. It may be necessary for you to obtain a rider from your insurance company for this type of coverage. Verification from your insurance agent must be received in our office by fax or email prior to use.

 

Use you are done using the moving van, it must be clean; including broom sweeping the box area, wiping down the interior and if it needs it washing the exterior. It also must be full of gas. You need to save your gas receipt to return to the office when you drop off the keys. Included with the van is a utility dolly.
