Alicia\'s primary responsibility is to manage and track each active and pending transaction. This ensures that your move is smooth and hassle free. Some of her duties include working with mortgage companies, appraisers, title companies, and home inspectors; as well as scheduling termite, well, and septic inspections. 
She is focused on marketing your home for maximum exposure until an accepted contract is received.  Alicia also designs all colored flyers, maintains all websites and coordinates our advertising efforts in all of the publications, as well as promotional pieces, such as the newsletter and blogs.  Alicia is an expert on how to best use and leverage technology products and services.  She is very creative and efficient.

Centralized Showing Service (CSS) assists REALTORS in making your home easier to show for other REALTORS.  CSS provides one central phone number for all real estate agents in a market to schedule showing tours for their buyers.  Having one phone number to call is far more convenient for other REALTORS in the area.  This convenience may result in more showings for you.  CSS is quick and efficient.  Therefore, agents prefer showing homes on CSS more than non-CSS homes.  This efficiencey helps get your home more showings.  CSS is also open 33% longer than traditional real estate offices.  Their business hours are 8am - 8pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am - 6pm on Sunday.  Aditional hours, better efficiencey and more convenience may mean more showings and prospective buyers for you, which can then turn into a FASTER SALE.
